WHAT’S CHANGED

We have made some exciting changes and improvements to how we manage your Available Balance.

From now on your Cash and Bonus Funds will be managed individually! This means the Rollover applies only to your Free Play bonuses; additionally, the rollover is independent to every Free Play. We have also introduced new funds types called: Locked Cash Funds, and Bonus Funds. You can find all of your balances reported under the Total Balance  tab. Extra information about your Free Play bonuses, including information on rollovers, will be located in the My Free Play section.

IMMEDIATE CHANGES FOR ACTIVE PLAYERS

Available Balance presentation and the new funds types

Please follow the below examples with explanations to understand how your balance is presented.

When you’ve had Available Balance but NO active Free Play

Your Available Balance is stored and visible under Available Balance / Cash Funds  now, as part of the Total Balance.

Example:

When you had an active Free Play but NO Available Balance

Your Free Play balance is still visible under the Free Play balance, which is part of the Total Balance now. The same rollover requirement applies. In cases in which you’ve had multiple active Free Plays, you will find them summed up into one Free Play balance with an accumulated rollover – please go to ‘My Free Play’ section to see the rollover details.

Example:

When you’ve had an Available Balance AND active Free Play

Your Available Balance is now stored and visible under Available Balance / Locked Cash Funds and also under the Available Balance / Cash Funds, all as part of the Total Balance. Your Locked Cash Funds represent the deposit you made to claim Free Play. Your Cash Funds are your remaining deposits.

Your Free Play balance is still stored and visible under the Free Play balance and the same rollover requirement applies. In cases in which you’ve had multiple active Free Plays, you will find them summed up into one Free Play balance with an accumulated rollover – please go to the ‘My Free Play’ section to see the rollover details.

Example:

MY FREE PLAY SECTION UPDATED

When you’ve had multiple active Free Plays BEFORE the change, all of the Free Plays are summed up and reported under one Free Play. Additionally, the rollover and winnings generated from betting with the Free Plays were also summed up.

From now on however, every new Free Play added will be reported separately; this will allow you to better track each Free Play. There is more information in the ‘My Free Play’ section where all of your Free Plays will now be stored and tracked individually, including individually assigned rollovers.

PRESENTATION IN THE CASHIER

The Cashier Deposit page will show all of your fund types and the Total Balance. There is no change to the depositing process.

The Cashier Withdrawal page will show the Total Balance funds again, in addition to the Cash Funds. Important – the Cash Funds is the balance you can withdraw.

ROLLOVER

The rollover information tab has been removed from the desktop site menu. You will now find the details for each rollover under the ‘My Free Play’ section.

Calculation rules of the rollover have not changed.

You can find more information on rollovers in the FAQ #14 and #15.

CORE BENEFITS OF THE NEW BONUS WALLET

➤ Withdrawals of Cash Funds allowed when there is an active Free Play and active rollover on the account. In other words, you can now withdraw your Cash Funds, even if you have an ongoing Free Play activity!

i.e. Play with Free Play / Bonus related funds wins Bonus Funds.

➤ All funds types: Locked Cash Funds, Bonus Funds, Cash Funds and Free Play have individual rules and real-time tracking under the Total Balance tab as well as the My Account tab and My Free Play section.

➤ Rollover only applies to your Free Play, not to your entire Available Balance. Additionally, rollover is now independent to every Free Play.

12. When I have different funds on my account, example: Bonus Funds, Cash Funds and Free Play, which money will be used first when I start betting?

The consumption order is as following:

Free Play – only if selected on the bet slip*
Available Balance will be consumed in this order:

13. When I have multiple Free Plays on my account, which Free Play bonus will be used first?

14. How does the rollover requirement work now?

All Free Play and Bonuses received in Sportsbetting.ag will have its individual rollover requirement, stated in the Promotion Terms & Conditions.

Rollover calculation examples:

EXAMPLE 1

You are eligible for the 100% Deposit to get Free Play offer and you have made a deposit of 100$ to be able to receive another 100$ in Free Play.
Under your Total Balance tab you will be able to see your received Free Play funds of 100$, and under the Locked Cash Funds you will see the initial 100$ deposited.
When you start playing, your deposit used to claim the Free Play (Locked Cash Funds) will be deducted first.
You have played 50$ and you won 200$. Your Total Balance now will show that you have remaining 50$ in Locked Cash Funds, in addition to the 200$ displayed and stored as the won Bonus Funds. The Free Play balance will be still of the initial amount of 100$ as it hasn’t been played yet.
At the same time the played 50$ Locked Cash Funds will count towards fulfilling the Free Play rollover requirement. When you continue playing, your balance of remaining 50$ Locked Cash Funds will continue to be used, following with the won 200$ in Bonus Funds.

NOTE
When you select on the betslip to bet with Free Play funds, Free Play balance will be always deducted for that bet, no other funds.
Free Play bets are NOT contributing towards fulfilling the Free Play rollover.

EXAMPLE 2

As in the first example, you are eligible for the 100% Deposit to get Free Play offer, so you have made a deposit of $50 to be able to receive another $50 in Free Play.
Under your Total Balance tab you will be able to see your received Free Play funds of $50, and under the Locked Cash Funds you will see the initial $50 deposited.
You have selected to play $50 with Free Play on the betslip. You bet your $50 Free Play and you did not win anything. When you continue playing, your next bets will be deducted from the $50 Locked Cash Funds. As in the first example your rollover requirement will decrease by the played amount of the $50 Locked Cash Funds, and your winnings from play with the Locked Cash Funds will be added to the Bonus Funds balance.

15. How is the rollover requirement calculated now?

There is no change in calculation of the rollover requirement to what it was before the new bonus wallet introduction and what’s now.

In an example when you deposited $100 to get $100 Free Play, your fee was $10 and the rollover requirement is * 20, the following calculation applies:
($100 Locked Cash Funds + $10 + $100 Free Play) * 20 rollover requirement = $4200
This means that to meet the rollover requirement of this particular Free Play, a total value of $4200 bets is required before the Free Play funds and generated from it winnings are turned to Cash Funds and can be withdrawn.

Worth noticing is that not all game play contributes towards fulfilling the rollover requirement in the same way. That means that playing on some Casino games, or specific game categories will contribute in smaller or larger % towards meeting your rollover requirement. Please check the table below:

16. What will happen if I cancel my used Free Play?

When you cancel your active Free Play bonus by calling our support team, any remaining Free Play balance will be deducted, and any remaining Locked Cash Funds will be released to your Cash Funds. Bonus Funds (Winnings from Locked Cash Funds and Free Play) will be confiscated.

17. What will happen if I cancel my unused Free Play?

When you cancel your unused Free Play bonus by calling our support team, your full Free Play balance will be deducted, and any remaining Locked Cash Funds balance will be released to Cash Funds. Bonus Funds (Winnings from Locked Cash Funds) will be released to Cash Funds.

18. When my used Free Play expires?

Once you bet with your Free Play funds at least once, any remaining Free Play balance never expires.

19. What happens when my unused Free Play expires?

When your unused Free Play reaches its expiry date it is removed from your account and any remaining Locked Cash Funds deposited to get this Free Play will be released to Cash Funds. Bonus Funds (Winnings from Locked Cash Funds) will be also released to Cash Funds.

20. Where I can bet with my bonus related funds: Locked Cash Funds and Bonus Funds?

You can bet with your Locked Cash Funds and Bonus Funds on all Sports and Casino products, excluding Live Casino games.
