General Rules

1. Regular Season Money line wagers are considered official after 5 (five) complete innings or 4½ innings if the home team is winning. Therefore, if a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning. Unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in this case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

2. The above will NOT apply to Post Season games where suspended games will be resumed from the point of delay the following day. All wagers will be settled on the complete result.

3. For all Regular Season Runline (spread) and Total (over/under) wagers to have action, the game must go 9 innings or 8½ if the home team is winning, listed pitchers must also start to have action. If a game goes past 9 innings and is not completed (suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on Runline and Total wagers.

4. Regular Season Games must be played on scheduled date and site. If a game is rescheduled all bets are cancelled.

5. MLB All-Star Game – Home Run Contest to Break Tie: If the All-Star Game is tied at the end of nine innings, the winner will be determined by a Home Run Contest. For full game markets, the winning team of the Home Run Contest will be awarded one run. For example, if the game is tied 4-4 at the end on nine innings and the National League wins the HR Contest, the National League wins the game by the score 5-4.

Rules Due To A Shortened Season

Due to the shortened MLB Season due to the Coronavirus pandemic, two new rules will be in place for all MLB wagers. These will override any other rules stated in this page.

1. All games must go 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is winning) for action. If a game is called prior to (example: called in the 7th inning due to rain), game wagers including Money Line will be graded No Action.

2. All wagers are action. We will not list pitchers for the shortened season.

NCAA Baseball Rules

1. MLB Wagering rules apply, except for the following: If a regular season game ends as a tie, money line wagers will be considered no action.

2. In the case that a Run Ahead or Mercy Rule is invoked, games will be considered to be complete.

Money Line Wagers

Baseball money line wagers will be accepted with the following options:

1. Action: Wager on Team vs Team regardless of the starting pitchers.

2. Listed Pitchers: Both specified pitchers must start (at least throw one pitch) to have action. All wagers on total (over/under) and runline (spread) are always listed pitcher wagers.

3. Team vs. Pitcher or Pitcher vs Team: Wager on or against one specified pitcher. The specified pitcher must start (at least throw one pitch) to have action.

In the event of a pitching change, all Moneyline Action wagers will be adjusted to the opening price or odds with the new starting pitcher(s) and the original risk amount will not change. All listed wagers will be deemed “NO ACTION” and stakes will be refunded to the account.

On First 5 Innings Baseball Lines, all wagers on Moneylines are Action or Listed, and Totals are always listed pitchers. All pregame wagers on First 5 Innings will be decided on the score at the end of the 5 full innings or 4.5 innings if the game is called at 4.5 innings and the Home team is declared the winner.

MLB Futures Rules

1. All Pennant and World Series wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event, the winner of said wager is determined by MLB. Whoever the MLB deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by MLB, all wagers are considered “NO ACTION”.

2. Player vs Player Season Props: For baseball player vs. player season props, if either or both players start the season on the disabled list or are sent to the minors (rather than the active roster), wagers have NO ACTION.

3. Baseball regular season wins: Each team must play at least 160 games for the wagers to have action. ONLY regular season games included, playoffs DO NOT COUNT towards this wager.

MLB Divisional Odds To Win

Teams must play at least 160 games in the regular season for wagers to have action. In the case of a split season and 160 games are played, the team with the best aggregate record will be deemed the winner. If two or more teams are tied with best aggregate record, both teams will be considered winners, and will pay off at 50% OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS.

In a divisional tie in a non-split season, the winner is determined by the MLB (usually via a non regular-season game playoff). Whoever the MLB deems the winner is also the winner for wagering purposes.

Regular Season Baseball Series Wagers

1. Wagers on baseball series are based on the first three games played of each series.

2. All three games must be played on the specified dates otherwise series wagers will be no action.

3. A called game will count toward a series wager provided it is officially declared a regulation game.

4. Pitchers cannot be listed for series wagers; all wagers will have action regardless of the starting pitchers.
