A Round ID, also known as a Session ID, is a unique identifier assigned to each game round or session. It is crucial for tracking and reviewing specific plays, verifying payouts, reporting issues, or resolving discrepancies.
Name of the casino game.
Date and time of the play.
Session/round ID. This can be found in the "History" section of the poker desktop client, where recent rounds are listed with their details.
Once gathered, please contact our Player Services Team to review the situation and provide a resolution.
Additionally, it is recommended to note the Round ID during or immediately after play to ensure it is readily available if needed.
