If you wish to verify funds transferred to/from the poker wallet or you want to check your bonus rewards received, you can do this via the client in the Transactions history section.
Bonuses in your Player Services account can include cash rewards, VIP Level Up bonuses, promotional credits, Free Play offers, or poker-specific bonuses. Some bonuses may take a short processing time to appear in your transaction history or account.
How to check your transaction history varies by device; follow the required instructions below depending on what device you are using.
Additionally, the method might slightly differ based on the type of bonus you are trying to track, such as cash rewards or Free Play credits.
PC/LAPTOP/MAC
Go to the “Cashier” option on the top right of the screen.
Click on “Transactions”.
Select “Payment history” or “Bonus history” and the timeline required (3, 7, 30, or 60 days).
You can also filter your transaction history by specifying the date range and selecting relevant operation types such as 'Operations,' while unchecking options like 'Transfers' or 'Comp Points,'. Note that the transaction history generally displays up to the most recent 90 days.
MOBILE
Go to the “Cashier” option by clicking on the icon next to the player's alias.
Click on “Transactions”.
Select “Payment history” or “Bonus history” and the timeline required (3, 7, 30, or 60 days).
You can refine your mobile transaction history by adjusting the date range and selecting 'Operation Type,' such as choosing 'Operations' while deselecting 'Transfers' and 'Comp Points.' The history will show transactions from the past 90 days only.
