The House Edge of the games you play
Each Casino game can have a different House Edge, meaning the Rakeback amount can vary from game to game.
Why is my Rakeback different from someone else's?
Even if you both bet the same amount, you may receive different Rakeback amounts because you may have played different games with different House Edges.
Your VIP level, wins, losses, deposits, withdrawals, and other bonuses do not change your Rakeback value.
Does my VIP level affect my Rakeback?
No. Casino Rakeback is available to all VIP levels, and the Rakeback value does not depend on your VIP level.
Why haven't I received any Rakeback yet?
Your balance usually updates automatically and may take a little time depending on the game. In rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Also, you need at least $0.01 in your Rakeback balance before you can claim it.

The cash is added directly to your balance.
Does Casino Rakeback expire?
No. Your available Rakeback does not expire.
Does winning or losing affect my Rakeback?
No. Your Rakeback does not increase or decrease based on whether you win or lose.
Why is my Rakeback lower than before?
If you bet the same amount but play different games, your Rakeback may differ because each game can have a different House Edge.
Is Casino Rakeback the same as Poker Rakeback?
No. They are separate rewards.
Casino Rakeback applies to eligible Casino bets, while Poker Rakeback applies only to Poker and follows a different calculation and payment schedule.
