FAQ

I don't have access to my account's email address anymore.

In this case, you will not be able to get the link to reset your password. However, you still have a few options:

Regain access to the email address if at all possible.
Contact our Customer Service team through live chat or email. After verifying your account information, we will be able to update the email address for you.

I'm not receiving the reset password email.

If the password reset was submitted successfully, but you can’t find the email, make sure to check your spam/junk folders, and any other filtered folders on your email inbox.

Can I change my username?

Your username is your account number, which is unique and generated when your first sign up. It cannot be changed.
