We have made some exciting changes to how we manage your Available Balance.
Now your Cash and Bonus Funds are managed individually! That means Rollover applies only to your Free Play bonuses, and it is independent to every Free Play. We have introduced new funds types called: Locked Cash Funds, and Bonus Funds. You can find all your balances reported under the Total Balance tab, and extra information about your Free Play bonuses, including info on Rollover, under the My Free Play section.

Please follow the below explanation to understand how your balance is presented after the change and which are the newly introduced funds.
➤ When you had Available Balance but NO active Free Play
Your Available Balance is stored and visible under Available Balance / Cash Funds now, as part of the Total Balance.
➤ When you had active Free Play but NO Available Balance
Your Free Play balance is still stored and visible under Free Play balance, which is part of the Total Balance now. The same rollover requirement applies. In case when you had multiple active Free Plays, you will find them summed up into one Free Play balance with accumulated rollover – please go to ‘My Free Play’ section to see it.
➤ When you had Available Balance AND active Free Play
Your Available Balance is now stored and visible under Available Balance / Locked Cash Funds and also under the Available Balance / Cash Funds, all as part of the Total Balance. Your Locked Cash Funds represent the deposit you made to claim Free Play. Your Cash Funds are your remaining deposits.
Your Free Play balance is still stored and visible under the Free Play balance, the same rollover requirement applies. In case when you had multiple active Free Plays, you will find them summed up into one Free Play balance with accumulated rollover – please go to ‘My Free Play’ section to see it.
When you had multiple active Free Play before the change, you will find all the Free Plays summed up and reported under one Free Play, with the summed up rollover, and summed up winnings generated from betting with Free Play bonuses until now.
Every new Free Play added after the change will be reported separately and to allow you to better track it, we have included more information under ‘My Free Play’ section where all your Free Plays will be now stored and tracked individually and will have individual rollover assigned.
Cashier Deposit page will show all your fund types, and the Total Balance. There was no change to the depositing process.
Cashier Withdrawal page will show the Total Balance funds again, with the Cash Funds – which is the balance you can withdraw.
We have removed the tab with the Rollover information from the desktop site menu, and included information about each individual Rollover under the ‘My Free Play’ section.
Calculation rules of the rollover have not changed.

➤ Withdrawals of Cash Funds allowed when active Free Play and active Rollover on the account.
i.e. You can now withdraw your Cash Funds, even if you have ongoing Free Play activity!
➤ Depositing to get Free Play is not locking all Available Balance.
ie. Play with Cash Funds continues and wins withdrawable Cash Funds
i.e. Play with Free Play / Bonus related funds wins Bonus Funds
➤ All funds types: Locked Cash Funds, Bonus Funds, Cash Funds and Free Play have individual rules and real-time tracking under the Total Balance tab as well as the My Account tab and My Free Play section.
➤ Rollover only applies to your Free Play, not to your entire Available Balance. Additionally, rollover is now independent to every Free Play.
Besides the changes done to separate your Cash Funds from the Bonus Funds, and upgraded balance presentation on site, we have also made changes to some rules associated with all bonuses.
